Liberty Living is a Sheffield-based supported accommodation provider for single adults. We offer safe, secure rooms at 249 Pitsmoor Road with 24-hour CCTV surveillance and on-site staff in office around the clock.

We provide supported accommodation — private rooms with shared facilities — for single adults. Each room is furnished and ready to move into, and the building is staffed and monitored 24/7.

We accept referrals from professionals across health, housing and criminal justice — including local authority housing teams, probation officers, prison resettlement workers, drug and alcohol services, GPs, social workers, homeless shelters and outreach teams. We also accept self-referrals.

Our staff help with the practical things that often get in the way: replacing lost ID, applying for benefits, registering with a GP, attending appointments and finding move-on housing when someone is ready.

Visits are arranged through the resident and the staff in office, in line with our safeguarding rules. We're happy to talk through the process with family members.
